Dennis Adriaansen, trading as Nuxt Dashboard ("we"), is the controller for personal data processed through nuxtdashboard.com and registry.nuxtdashboard.com.
What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with GitHub we receive your name, email address, avatar and GitHub user ID. We use them to identify you and to link purchases to your account.
- Purchases: Stripe processes your payment and sends us your email address, billing name, billing address and VAT number, the product you bought and the payment status. We do not receive card details.
- License keys: we store a one-way hash of each key and its last six characters, so you can recognise it. We count downloads per key to detect abuse.
- Server logs: Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site and registry.
The Nuxt Dashboard software has no telemetry and makes no license checks at runtime.
Why and on what basis
- To deliver the license you bought and to provide support (performance of a contract).
- To keep invoices and payment records (legal obligation; kept for 7 years under Dutch tax law).
- To prevent abuse of the registry (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers or send marketing email without your consent.
Processors
- Stripe (payments and invoices)
- Cloudflare (hosting, database and logs)
- GitHub (sign-in)
Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept for 7 years. Server logs are kept for a short period by Cloudflare.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@nuxtdashboard.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
