Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases on nuxtdashboard.com from Dennis Adriaansen, trading as Nuxt Dashboard ("we"). Your use of the software is governed by the Nuxt Dashboard Pro License Agreement.
Products and prices
We sell one-time licenses for Nuxt Dashboard Pro: Pro, Commercial and Teams. Prices are shown in euro, excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address and VAT number. A license is not a subscription and does not renew.
Delivery
After payment, sign in to your account and create a license key on the Licenses page. The key gives you access to the private registry for the packages your license includes, with 12 months of updates from the purchase date. Releases published within those 12 months stay available to you after the update period ends.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. You receive a receipt and an invoice by email.
Refunds and withdrawal
If Nuxt Dashboard Pro does not work for you, email support@nuxtdashboard.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full price. A refund ends the license and revokes its key.
Nuxt Dashboard Pro is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase you agree that delivery starts right away; consumers in the EU acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the content has been made available. The 14-day refund above applies in every case.
Accounts
You sign in with GitHub. Keep your account and license keys secure; you are responsible for use of keys issued to you. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly or used in breach of the license agreement.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the license agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
